Auremere

AI agent consulting & implementation

Useful agents.
Accountable systems.

We design, build and operate AI agents for defined business workflows — with clear permissions, measurable acceptance criteria and a human route when the system should stop.

Business workflow requests are routed through orchestration and policy checks to approved tools and human review. Orchestration Route · check · schedule Approved tools + human review
Possible workflow areas, not customer deployments. Each task needs its own access rules, evaluation and approval boundaries.

What we build

The workflow is the starting point.

Start with a task that has a recognisable input, a useful output and an accountable owner. We map the decisions an agent may make, the systems it may access and the actions that remain with people.

A system around the model

Retrieval, tool permissions, validation and monitoring are part of the design. A fluent answer is not evidence that the underlying task succeeded.

Delivery, with decision points

Evidence before the next commitment.

Assess → Design → Build → Operate. Each stage has an output to review, a named client decision-maker and a choice to continue, narrow the scope or stop.

What you should be able to inspect

  • A workflow map and a recommendation, including non-agent options.
  • An architecture, evaluation rubric and permissions model.
  • A tested implementation with known limitations.
  • Runbooks, release records and a handover plan.

Four stages, four review gates
Four stages, four review gates. Progress is conditional on evidence. Completing a stage does not imply approval for production. 1 Assess Is an agent justified? 2 Design Are scope and controls agreed? 3 Build Does it pass the agreed tests? 4 Operate Can the owner run and recover it?

Production readiness

A demo is a beginning, not an acceptance test.

Quality, cost and failure handling

We test completed tasks, unsupported claims, unsafe actions and human review load. We also measure latency, retry behaviour and cost per completed task against a baseline.

Work inside an agreed boundary

Client systems and third-party models have different permission and data-handling boundaries. We document those crossings before integration and keep changes reviewable.
